THIRD Apartments – 1 Month Free Leasing Special Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility This leasing special is available to new residents and renewing residents who sign a qualifying full-term Housing Agreement for a Quarry floorplan at THIRD Apartments during the promotional period. This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. 2. Promotion Details Qualified residents will receive the equivalent of one (1) month free installment, which will be divided into twelve (12) equal monthly credits and applied to each monthly installment throughout the Housing Agreement term. The total concession amount will be calculated based on the installment amount listed in the Housing Agreement and prorated evenly across the lease term installments. 3. Housing Agreement Requirements To qualify for this promotion, residents must: Sign a qualifying full-term Housing Agreement for a Quarry floorplan at THIRD Apartments. Take occupancy as scheduled under the Housing Agreement. Remain in good financial and Housing Agreement standing throughout the agreement term. 4. Credit Application Monthly concession credits will be applied automatically to each installment balance due. The special has no cash value and cannot be redeemed as a lump sum payment or cash refund. Concession credits apply to base installment charges only and do not apply toward utilities, fees, damages, parking, pet charges, or other ancillary charges. 5. Early Termination or Default If the Housing Agreement is terminated early for any reason, including but not limited to default, eviction, or resident cancellation, THIRD Apartments reserves the right to revoke the concession and charge back the discounted amount provided under this promotion, as permitted by the Housing Agreement and applicable law. 6. Limitations Offer applies only to qualifying Quarry floorplans and full-term Housing Agreements. Offer cannot be combined with any other concession, special, or promotional offer unless otherwise approved in writing by management. Transfers, renewals, or roommate changes may affect eligibility for the promotion. 7. Management Rights THIRD Apartments reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. 8.
